I have been hearing so much about how choreography lately but I wonder how many gyms are actually complete choreography or have started yet. Many gyms have athletes who have discussed that summer is not mandatory or that it is not "set in stone" practices, so how does this help/hurt the choreography process?
My opinion is that choreography in mid-summer allows you the greatest amount of time to work and re-work your skills. If you have a routine, then you can focus on increasing the skill set (tumbling, stunt difficulty, etc.). If you don't have solid practices in the summer months, is it possible to have a strong routine by the early fall?
